Organization Reporting Maintaining the legal entity information for a large global organization can be cumbersome. Understanding the specific ownership structures for your entire organization can be even more difficult. With this custom project, we delivered a single application that holds entity attributes such as business unit assignments, legal characterization, tax characterization, history of capital transactions, ownership information, and other administrative information for all entities in the organization (domestic and foreign). When completed, all authorized personnel could simply search for a company and retrieve real-time entity information. This infrastructure could also be used to show historical legal entity information in support of tax planning and compliance computations. In another nice feature, we also provide detailed organizational charting capabilities to simplify the review of organizational structures. |
