provided. All financial and billing information that TTI collects through the

Tax Technologies, Inc. uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card
processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use the
information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their
user registration and passwords.
Customers of the service use the site to host data and information.
Tax Technologies, Inc. will not review, share, distribute, or reference any
such data except as provided in TTI's terms of service, or as may be required by
law. TTI will only view or access application information to determine
appropriate billing levels and ensure efficient performance of the software.
TTI may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume
statistical information and provide such information to third parties. Other
exceptions are only made when required by law.
TTI uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with
its servers, administer
its Web site, and gather broad demographic information.

TTI uses cookies
to help it authenticate users and provide time saving shortcuts and user
preferences. If selected by a user, TTI's system will save authentication

its hosted products. In
this way, its applications are housed in IBM's secure data center and leverage
the expertise of a market leader. This hosting system employs the following

24-hour locked and biometric security access to our server vault
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data encryption
Site monitoring and reporting services
Regularly scheduled backups with secured storage
Due to the nature of Internet security, Tax Technologies, Inc. does not provide
specific details about what security tools are deployed where, and reserves the
right to alter its security tools without notice. No security system is perfect,
and the responsibility of Tax Technologies, Inc. is limited to the terms
contained in the applicable service level agreement.
