TAX TECHNOLOGIES ESTABLISHES NEW TECHNOLOGY HEADQUARTERS IN BRADENTON, FLORIDA

Bradenton, FL, November 28, 2001 – Tax Technologies Inc., a leading provider of Internet/Intranet-based tax software, today announced it has established its technology headquarters in Bradenton, Florida. The facility complements the global headquarters in Haworth, New Jersey, and will support the company’s nationwide software development infrastructure. It will also include a software testing and optimization laboratory.

Tax Technologies considered a number of potential locations across the country before choosing Bradenton. "In addition to having some key personnel located near the new headquarters, Sarasota/Bradenton is a place that our team likes to visit," says Biren Patel, Tax Technologies Vice President and Chief Information Officer. "During those times that it is necessary to pull the team together, it is relatively easy to convince them to travel to Florida."

The facility is located in a new section of ComCenter 70, an office business center that is located on State Road 70 East in Bradenton, only 1 mile west of Interstate 75.
