TAX TECHNOLOGIES CEO TO PRESENT AT INTERNATIONAL TAX SEMINAR HOSTED BY TAX EXECUTIVES INSTITUTE NEW YORK CHAPTER
Haworth, NJ, October 16, 2001 – J.D. Choi, Tax Technologies CEO and International tax expert, is scheduled
to present one session at a seminar to be hosted by the International Committee of the New York chapter of Tax
Executives Institute (TEI). The seminar, titled "International Back to Basics Program", will be held in New York
City on Wednesday, November 14, 2001.
Mr. Choi’s session is titled, "Compliance Matters including Forms 5471, 5472, and 1118". He will provide an
introductory level overview of the reporting requirements for controlled foreign corporations, foreign-owned U.S.
corporations or foreign corporations engaged in a U.S. trade or business, and foreign tax credit reporting.
