Come work with us!
Tax Technologies, Inc. (TTI) is always looking for a few good tax professionals
with a high aptitude for computer solutions. Basic
requirements include being self-motivated with a positive
attitude for learning new things, having in-depth
experience in the area of international taxation coupled
with computer solutions knowledge, and most of all,
looking for satisfaction from one's work. If you
have expertise with at least one major international tax
compliance software product, it would help your
potential for more engagements.
TTI pays a large portion of the service revenue generated
by its consultants back to them. TTI incurs very little
corporate expense and, therefore, believes it has the highest pay
out ratio in the service industry. But, TTI hopes that money is not the only reason you would join
its work force. TTI hopes
you want to join its staff because it is a company that will
make you happy.
TTI is creating a new culture. It does not have a 40-hour a week
rule. In fact, it has very few rules. The most important
thing about TTI is that it encourages its staff to enjoy life and enjoy work
because it believes that if you
don't enjoy what you do, you are wasting your life.
After all there is only one essential ingredient in life
- time. Spend it wisely. Working with TTI should be
better than being your own boss.
TTI's rules:
- Be courteous to others.
It is good practice to be nice to others. This does not
mean that TTI is requiring you to contribute to
charitable organizations. TTI believes charity is a
personal thing and it will never ask anyone to
contribute to any charity. All TTI asks you is to be
courteous to your clients and colleagues.
- Satisfy the client that you agreed to work with.
You do not have to take a project if you do not want
to. Consider your abilities and that of others before
taking on an engagement. Be fair to your clients by
taking the engagements that you and your colleagues can
deliver. Once you agree to work on an engagement, deliver
beyond your client's expectations.
- Do the right thing.
Use your judgment. Use common sense. If you are
courteous to others in making decisions, you will do the
right thing for you and your clients.
- Work as much as you want or as little as you want.
TTI recognizes that everyone is in a different stage of
their life. You can take as many or as few engagements
you want. Of course, TTI will have to balance it with
client situations and schedules. But, TTI will do its best to accommodate your lifestyle decision.
