eFileReviewer Service
Do you realize that your e-file transmission file may not contain the same content as the paper return produced by your software?
TTI can help you Review your transmission file, Reveal inaccuracies, and Remedy your return before it is submitted to the IRS.
TTI recognizes the risk of tax return inaccuracies due to the difficulty in validating content between the transmission file and paper return. Therefore, we are offering an e-file review service utilizing our eFileReview product that will allow taxpayers to Review, Reveal, and Remedy the content of their transmission prior to e-filing with the IRS; thereby avoiding unnecessary penalties.

By assisting our clients with e-filing and reviewing transmission files of non-TTI clients, we have identified a number of inaccuracies contained within the submissions. These inaccuracies are a direct result of corporate taxpayers assuming that they can rely on their tax software to produce complete and accurate transmission files. Unfortunately, issues can arise despite the fact that a corporation’s software is designed to produce an accurate transmission file. For example, a deficiency in the conversion process may cause the e-file content to be out-of-sync with the paper returns.
Important! Acceptance of a transmission file does not ensure that the IRS has received all of the forms and schedules you intended to file.
